Samsung has introduced a new Interactive Display as part of Teacher Appreciation Week, aiming to enhance classroom experiences and express gratitude towards educators. The WAD Interactive Display, certified by Google Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement (EDLA), offers a seamless integration of popular Google services like Google Classroom and Drive. David Phelps, Head of the Display Division at Samsung Electronics America, emphasized the importance of supporting educators, stating, "My wife teaches fourth grade, and I have seen first-hand how hard our educators work to overcome growing challenges as they guide the minds of tomorrow."

The WAD series features a user-friendly interface powered by the Android™ 13 operating system and supports up to 40 simultaneous touchpoints, promoting student collaboration and engagement. Additionally, school leaders can utilize Samsung's Device Management Solution to monitor and control displays, ensuring efficient communication in emergency situations.

In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week, Samsung is offering exclusive savings on monitors and displays, including discounts on Smart and High-Resolution Monitors. Educators can also enjoy special deals on Interactive Displays, further enhancing classroom engagement. To access these savings, educators can sign up through Samsung's Education Offers Program.

Furthermore, Dr. Micah Shippee, Director of Education Technology Consulting and Solutions at Samsung Electronics America, will lead a series of free webinars during Teacher Appreciation Week. These sessions aim to provide professional training for educators seeking to embrace innovative teaching practices and explore the future of learning.

Samsung's commitment to education is further exemplified through the Solve For Tomorrow Competition, which challenges students to apply STEM skills to address local community issues. National Winners of the competition were recently announced, receiving substantial prize packages. In addition to rewarding students, Solve For Tomorrow offers participating educators the opportunity to enhance their STEM teaching techniques through the Samsung Teacher Academy.

As Teacher Appreciation Week unfolds, Samsung continues to recognize and support educators who play a vital role in shaping the future.
